Awards ceremonies & large-scale hosting
Jenni has hosted the Inspiring Workplaces Awards in London (400+ attendees) and has MC’d industry events across the UK. She brings humour, energy and pace to an awards format — comfortable with autocue, confident without it, and always the most prepared person in the room.
Conference chairing & panel facilitation
Holding a panel together, drawing out the right contributions, keeping time without losing momentum — Jenni chairs conference sessions with the experience of someone who has sat on both sides of the conversation. She prepares thoroughly and makes panel speakers look good.
Leadership team facilitation
When a leadership team needs to resolve something that has been avoided — a strategic misalignment, a credibility issue, a communication breakdown — Jenni facilitates the session that makes it happen. She uses pre-session one-to-ones and DISC profiling to understand the group before she’s in the room, so the facilitation is genuinely tailored rather than off-the-shelf.
