Coaching and advisory
Jenni works with a small number of leaders at any one time. This isn’t a coaching programme with a fixed curriculum, it’s an advisory relationship shaped around what you’re dealing with right now.
Sessions are one-to-one, remote or in-person, across three, six or more months.
Jenni uses DISC profiling and her Credibility Gap Assessment as starting points where useful. DISC helps us understand you better, your communication preferences and will help us understand the different dimensions in the team. The Credibility Gap Assessment helps Jenni understand which elements of credibility might need some development.

All sessions are tailored to your event. The topics below are starting points — Jenni will work with you to shape a session that’s right for your audience. Her sessions give audiences a research-backed framework for closing the gap between what leaders say and what people experience – the gap behind falling engagement scores, rising turnover and teams that have stopped trusting leadership will follow through.
Team development
Jenni works with leadership teams of all sizes to help them become the leadership team the organisation needs to succeed.
Through 1:1 sessions, workshops, employee insight and data analysis she works with leadership teams over a few months to help them get back on track.
